If you do not select an option before 11:59pmJuly 9th, 2019 your subscription(s) will be cancelled.

If you’re currently self-excluded from land-based casino and slots gambling, you’ll be ineligible to register or play on PlayOLG. However, if you register for Self-Exclusion from PlayOLG, you will not be automatically self-excluded from land-based slots and casinos in Ontario.

Self-Exclusion can only be carried out by the individual who wishes to be excluded. There’s generally no mechanism for excluding another person. The only exception to this policy is pursuant to a power of attorney.

If you wish to end your Self-Exclusion from PlayOLG, you can do so through the reinstatement process.
PlayOLG will not automatically reinstate your playing privileges at the end of your term. Once your term is complete, you must first apply for reinstatement. If approved for reinstatement, you’ll need to complete a mandatory online tutorial before returning to play.
If reinstated, you will not automatically receive OLG marketing communications (other than communications that are sent to the general public), unless you manually opt in to receive them.
