DREAM DRAWS GAME CONDITIONS



These Game Conditions apply, until amended or revised, to the DREAM DRAWS lottery game.

1.0  Rules

  1. 1.1 DREAM DRAWS is governed by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (the “Corporation”) Rules Respecting Lottery Games which are available upon request and which include limitations of liability. 
  2. 1.2 Words used in these Game Conditions which are used in the Rules Respecting Lottery Games shall have the same meaning as those used in the Rules Respecting Lottery Games.

2.0  Game Participation

  1. 2.1 DREAM DRAWS is a lottery game where each selection consists of one (1) unique eight (8) digit number, randomly chosen by the Corporation’s central computer system (“selection” or “selections”).
  2. 2.2 DREAM DRAWS will be made available as a series of separate games that are each available only for the periods of time and in the manner prescribed by the Corporation (each, a “Series”).  The Corporation may offer a Series at any time and shall make the information for each Series, such as draw dates and in-market dates, available in such manner as the Corporation may determine.  A Series will only become available on the start date communicated by the Corporation, and will be available only until the end date communicated by the Corporation, subject to these Game Conditions and the Rules Respecting Lottery Games.  Only one Series will be available at any one time.
  3. 2.3 The Corporation may limit how and where DREAM DRAWS will be made available.  Without limiting the foregoing, the Corporation may, in its sole discretion, elect to offer a Series solely as part of a promotion at its lottery retail locations including in association with any other Corporation or Interprovincial Lottery Corporation (ILC) lottery product. 
  4. 2.4 DREAM DRAWS is separate and distinct from any OLG.ca promotion or contest of a similar name. 
  5. 2.5 There is a maximum of 99,999,999 DREAM DRAWS valid selections (i.e. not cancelled) available for each Series. 
  6. 2.6 A ticket is valid only for the draw date(s) printed on the ticket.
  7. 2.7 Any selection associated with a cancelled ticket will not be included in the Early Bird and/or Main Draw. It will be removed from the available selections and will not be reissued.
  8. 2.8 For each ticket requested, the Corporation’s central computer system shall:
    1. choose for the player the eight (8) digit selection(s).
    2. print a ticket that will display:
      1. the selection(s) chosen by the system;
      2. the applicable draw date(s) the ticket is eligible for;
      3. confirmation of eligibility for the Early Bird Draw (if applicable);
      4. the time (Eastern Time) the ticket is printed by the retailer’s terminal; and
      5. other information pertinent to the game.
  9. 2.9  Each DREAM DRAWS selection for a Series is eligible for the Early Bird Draw only if it is issued before the Early Bird Draw date in accordance with Section 3.3.  In the event that an eligible ticket contains a selection that matches the winning number for any Early Bird prize, the selection will remain eligible for the Main Draw.
  10. 2.10 A winning ticket for the Early Bird Draw and the Main Draw must have a selection that matches a winning number drawn in the applicable draw in the exact specific order ranging from 00000001 to 99999999 (“winning ticket” or “winning tickets”).

3.0  The Early Bird Draw

  1. 3.1 For each Series, the Corporation will conduct one (1) Early Bird draw on the announced Early Bird Draw date after 10:30 p.m. Eastern Time.  There will be ten (10) Early Bird winning numbers for each Series, each for a prize of $5,000.
  2. 3.2 The Early Bird Draw is a separate draw from the Main Draw.  Each Early Bird winning number will be drawn from the eligible Early Bird selections for the draw. 
  3. 3.3 All selections issued before draw close at 10:30 p.m. Eastern Time on the announced Early Bird Draw date for each Series are eligible for the draw for that Series.
  4. 3.4 Limit of one (1) Early Bird prize per DREAM DRAWS selection per Series.

4.0  The Main Draw

  1. 4.1  For each Series, the Corporation will conduct one (1) Main Draw on the announced Main Draw date, after 10:30 p.m. Eastern Time.  There will be three (3) Main Draw winning numbers for each Series, each for a prize of $100,000.
  2. 4.2  The Main Draw is a separate draw from the Early Bird Draw. Each Main Draw winning number will be drawn from the eligible selections issued for the draw.
  3. 4.3  All selections issued before 10:30 p.m. Eastern Time on the announced Main Draw date for each Series are eligible for the Main Draw for that Series, including but not limited to tickets that were eligible for the Early Bird Draw. 
  4. 4.4 Limit of one (1) Main Draw prize per DREAM DRAWS selection per Series.

5.0  Prize Structure 

  1. 5.1 The prizes available for each Series are based on the following prize structure:

6.0  Miscellaneous

  1. 6.1 The Corporation may amend the Game Conditions at any time and in any manner.
  2. 6.2 The headings in these Game Conditions are for convenience of reference only and do not affect the interpretation of these Game Conditions.
  3. 6.3 Unless otherwise specified by the Corporation, these Game Conditions are confirmed to be effective as of March 26, 2024.
